This notice covers the public Hubflow website. Authenticated customer workspaces require their own controller, processor and tenant-specific notices.
2. Information you choose to provide
If a configured contact or scheduling destination collects your name, business contact details or operational requirements, that destination must present its own approved collection notice and retention terms.
3. Technical delivery data
Hosting and security infrastructure may process request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and error information to deliver and protect the website. The production operator must document the actual providers and retention periods before launch.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website source does not currently configure analytics or marketing cookies. See the cookie notice for the deployment verification required before publication.
5. Your choices
Contact the published privacy channel to ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights that apply to your circumstances and jurisdiction.
6. Changes
